In an effort to lose weight I relented and bought a scale to monitor my status on a regular basis. It is simple to use and very accurate. I saw some complaints about how the scale gives a different number every time someone steps on it, but I have not had that problem. If you are just looking for a basic scale, this would be it.

It tells me my weight!! And it does it every time! When I came directly home from a visit to the doctor's office, it displayed a weight that was within .2 pounds of the scale at the doctor's office. A fifth of a pound is close enough for me. Recommended.
