It feels nice and seems to keep my head cool but ONLY works if you exclusively sleep on your side. Even then, it feels a big too bulky like my head is not aligned with my neck and shoulders and if I sleep on my back, it's way too high/bulky and gives me neck pain.

Like Sleeping on a Sack of Sand
After hearing many people discuss memory foam pillows, I thought I'd give one a try. I didn't find it comfortable at all. It's similar to placing your head against a bag of sand- very little comfort at all.

Wasn't big enough to fit my neck
I didn't think I had a big neck but when I tried to use the pillow - it kept coming apart in the middle under my chin so didn't provide the support I expected. I understand there is a bigger pillow available but didn't know that until I began my trip overseas so it wasn't helpful for this trip - I ended up giving it to my daughter as it fit her well. Will wait to see what she says about it before reviewing again.

Couldn't get comfortable
I brought this pillow to take on a two week trip. I find regular travel pillows don't support my head enough and I end up with a crick in my neck. However, this pillow felt like a neck brace. If I put it on tightly enough to support my head, it was too tight, too tall and felt claustrophobic. If I put it on more loosely, it didn't support my head. Not for long necks.
It was too cumbersome to fold in half and rest my hear on, and too tight to wrap the ends around to tuck under my chin/neck. Bummer since it was so soft. I returned it and will try a different style of travel pillow. this just didn't work for my long neck.

Disappointing
I really wanted to like this pillow. I read a ton of reviews and this one sounded great. In reality, it's just meh. It's not very 'cooling' at all. There's nothing in the cover to help cool down. I have another pillow which has gel in the cover and it cools great (but offers no support) and this one doesn't have that. The foam doesn't really form to my head either. It's just poofy but not supportive. I'm super disappointed in this pillow especially for the price I paid.

Not what I expected
Well the pillow did not give me much neck support when I lean the head to the left or right, the only support was on the front, where the 2 sides laid on top of each other.

Really wanted to love this
I threw it away after the flight. NOTE- if you are a light sleeper, you might like this! I'm not though. I can barely sleep on a plane. I wanted something that would enable me to rest comfortably and fall asleep, but this wasn't it.

They sent me an adult size instead of a child size and it is way too long for my neck. Also it is very thin and doesn't given enough in any support to my neck. I ended up returning mine and I hope my friend isn't too disappointed with his. I do not recommend this product.

I only got to use this once! :(
I unpacked my new neck friend and put it on. I kept feeling itchy. I looked and there was tiny little fibers coming out of the pillow. I couldn't stop itching! I'm bummed I can't take it with me. Even more bummed that I spent money on this product, and it didn't last me as long as the price value. I would really like an exchange.

I bought this base on the many good reviews of how well it supported your head from following forward when sleeping.
