Shipping Notes
Unless special circumstances arise, orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after we receive the orders. Individual orders may be delayed due to temporary shortages. All orders are shipped out via UPS or USPS or FedEx.
TIPS:
1. We provide free shipping services, delivery time 5-7 Business days.
2. Orders cannot be canceled when it has been shipped.
3. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped.
4. Please make sure to provide your correct shipping address when placing your order, orders can only be shipped to the address provided to us and no changes can be made once the order has been processed and shipped.
5. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States（excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam）.
6. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Return Procedure
1.
Contact the customer service supporter of Ktaxon, explaining why you want to return the products. ( Provide us with related videos or photos
if you think it is an unsatisfactory product.)
2. Our customer service supporter will send RL to your email.
3. Print the return label（RL）out and send back the original package within 30 days. Otherwise, the RL will become invalid.
4. Ktaxon would process the refund in 2 days. It may take 5-7 business days for you to receive the refund from the bank.
Return Policy
Item must be returned within 30 days, and the refund will be given as money back.
All
NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking
fee.(including buyer Just didn't like it, Ordered by mistake, Found a
better price, Changed mind or Doesn't fit, etc.
All products returned
must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing
materials, all manuals, and other accessories, otherwise return will be
refused. Any shortages, errors, or damages made to the shipment must be
notified our customer service before returns.
Return Information
Most
products on Ktaxon are returnable as long as you return all original
packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.
You can return them for free only when there are manufacturing defects or Ktaxon's mistakes.
To
return a product, you should ask for a prepaid return shipping
label（RL）. Please note there is a time limit: in 30 days since you receive the product.
When we will process the refund
1.
We would refund you in 2 days if the products haven't been shipped out;
if the products are already on transportation, we won’t begin to refund until we receive and examine the returned products.
2. All refunds will be returned to the same credit card which is used to pay the order or the Paypal account.
How much we will refund
1. We will fully refund when there is quality problems or mistakes caused by us such as ship the wrong product, damage, etc.
2.
We will only return 80% if you return it for personal reasons such as you chose the wrong product, you don't need the product anymore, you find the case is not suitable for your products, etc.
3. The order can be canceled for free if it hasn’t been shipped.
Below situations will charge a shipping fee for returning and resending
1. You cancel the order when the package has been shipped.
2.
You refuse to receive the package when it arrives other than the reason
that the package is seriously damaged during shipment.
