Key Description:
ZERO: The ZERO key zeroes the scale.
TARE: The TARE key subtracts tare values and changes the ACS from gross mode(notaie)to net mode.
M+: M+  Key will Store and accumufate the value of weight and amount as and when pressed
M1 to M8: Stores unit price value at 8 diferent locations
0 to 9: The NUMERIC C key(0~9)is used forsetting unit price data.
 . :  DECIMAL P0INT key is used for set the decimal position of unit price
C : The C key is used for canceling the memorized data.

BASIC the scale:
1. Zero the scale
    When there is  no item on the scale but reading ls not zero,press the ZERO key to tum on ZER0 indicator.
2. Weighing
     Ensure that Scale is in ZERO position and ZERO indicator is glowing;place an item of  Weighing on the Pan.The Weight Window will display the weight of the ltem.
3. Tare
    Put Container on the platter,once the welght reading is stable,press the TARE key, the TARE indicator will be on and  the container's weight wi!l be deducted.When it is time to Clear the TARE,take off the container,and press TARE key again.
4. Overload Warning
     Please do not add item that is over the maxlmum capaclty,when the scale is ringing
an aIarm,remove the item on the platter to avoid damage to the load cell.
5. Unit price setting
     To trade Wity your ACS Scale, it is necessary to setting a unit prlce of the goods,EPS-1 PR then uses       this unit price to determine how much value of that goods(placed on the platter).

6. When ACS Scaie displaying the weight of the goods placed on the scale,set the unit price through numeric keys.Set unit price is showed in UNIT PRICE window display, TOTAL PRICE Window clisplay shows the total price of the goods.To cancel the previous unit price,press C key.

Return Procedure

1. Contact the customer service supporter of Ktaxon, explaining why you want to return the products. ( Provide us with related videos or photos if you think it is an unsatisfactory product.)

2. Our customer service supporter will send RL to your email.

3. Print the return label（RL）out and send back the original package within 30 days. Otherwise, the RL will become invalid.

4. Ktaxon would process the refund in 2 days. It may take 5-7 business days for you to receive the refund from the bank.

Return Policy

Item must be returned within 30 days, and the refund will be given as money back. 

All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.(including buyer Just didn't like it, Ordered by mistake, Found a better price,  Changed mind or Doesn't fit, etc.

All products returned must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, and other accessories, otherwise return will be refused. Any shortages, errors, or damages made to the shipment must be notified our customer service before returns.

Return Information

Most products on Ktaxon are returnable as long as you return all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.

You can return them for free only when there are manufacturing defects or Ktaxon's mistakes.

To return a product, you should ask for a prepaid return shipping label（RL）. Please note there is a time limit: in 30 days since you receive the product.

When we will process the refund

1. We would refund you in 2 days if the products haven't been shipped out; if the products are already on transportation, we won’t begin to refund until we receive and examine the returned products.

2. All refunds will be returned to the same credit card which is used to pay the order or the Paypal account.

How much we will refund

1. We will fully refund when there is quality problems or mistakes caused by us such as ship the wrong product, damage, etc.

2. We will only return 80% if you return it for personal reasons such as you chose the wrong product, you don't need the product anymore, you find the case is not suitable for your products, etc.

3. The order can be canceled for free if it hasn’t been shipped.
